Artist looking for people to join in EU SOS Mirror Chain event this Saturday on clifftop at Saltdean
The Saltdean Zone has received this message: Hi there! My name's Duncan Mckellar. I'm an artist from Bristol. I'm holding an event on Saturday (30th March 2019) along the clifftop at Saltdean (near The White Cliffs Cafe) which I am looking for participants for.
I make Artworks involving long lines of people and mirrors.
Last year I organised a 1 kilometer line of people across the US/Mexican border. A drone filmed from above and we created a ray of hope crossing the border wall.
I'm now inviting people to form a long line on top of the cliff in Saltdean.
I'm asking everyone to bring a mirror. As a drone films we'll flash our mirrors to send an SOS signal to the rest of Europe.
Join us to show togetherness and unity in the face of Brexit chaos and send an SOS signal to the rest of Europe.
Timetable: Meet at the White Cliffs Cafe in Saltdean at midday. We'll all then walk to the cliff top to form a long line and send a giant SOS signal the rest of Europe as a drone films from above. (The coastguard have been informed!) Please find all details and sign up for free by visiting this page:
Thank you, Duncan Mckellar.
