Lucky Rottingdean?

We love this old illustrated postcard '' Good Luck all the Way from Rottingdean'' by Florence E Veller (that's what we think the name is).

Sadly we don't know what's under the cat flap but usually these postcards would have a small image of part of where they were featuring, in this case we'd guess it was a picture of the Rottingdean Pond maybe?
