Chair yoga is good for people who cannot get up and down from the floor, are a little older or in rehabilitation from an injury. Breathing (Pranayama) is good for everyone for improved health, I also have some people with lung conditions who have improved their capacity and ability to walk up hills, etc. Yoga for Health is quite active and we adapt to who is there on the day Gong Bath Sound Relaxation is a very healing half hour
Yoga for Health introduction is for beginners as well as a warm up for the next class (all levels). Yoga for Health continuation is for those who are able to do more and want to continue on from the first class.
