A BRIEF HISTORY OF BRIGHTON AS TOLD IN A FILM MADE BY THE CHILDREN OF MOULSECOOMB PRIMARY  SCHOOL

16/2/2019

A history of Brighton as told by pupils from Moulsecoomb Primary School in Brighton.

This film tells the story of the city, from Iguanodon to World War One. To make this film, the Royal Pavilion & Museums worked with Year 6 children from Moulsecoomb Primary School and the University of Brighton’s Arts & Humanities Faculties.

The class built on a recent local history project and learned all aspects of short film making, from camera angles, editing, story-boarding and scripting to narration, costumes and image selection.
