Brian Horton, Eric Steel and John Ruggiero. Not sure why the Albion players were present probably for the presentation of the "Sidney Tidey Cup" which the team famously won that year.

1977 was also the year the Queen celebrated her Silver Jubilee all the cubs wore commemorative white badges on their uniforms sewn on by their Mums. Saltdean 42nd Cub / Scout headquarters were based at 'Little Gilwell' built in the mid 1950s by local lads and Dads, located at the top of Longridge Avenue. Still going strong serving the community to this day.

Team top left to right > Jez Tilley, Mark Procter, Frazer Stewart, Kevin Allen, Nigel Wrapson, Steven Andrews, Steven Martin. Bottom, left to right: Unknown, Simon Turvey, David Pickles, Adam Kerswell, Nicol Milln? Most of the lads in the photo would have been about 10 years old also played for 'Saltdean Tigers' and many progressed to a more senior level with Saltdean United.
