2019’s programme of activities will include pool parties, big screen cinema events and of course – the doggy swims!

But our biggest fundraising weekend will be on the 7th & 8th June in a chandelier-lit marquee by the pool. This event is operated by volunteers and every penny raised will go towards the lido restoration project.

7TH & 8TH JUNE

Summertime is here and we are pleased to announce that this year’s BIG WEEKENDER will take place inside our chandelier-lit marquee by the pool on the 7th and 8th JUNE! This is a fundraising event and all proceeds will go towards the restoration of Saltdean Lido.

So, whether you’re a Disco King, Queen, Prince or Princess grab your tickets now and party with us by the pool at this fantastic annual fundraiser. These events are operated by volunteers and all money raised will be used to help restore Saltdean Lido.

LIVE BAND, DJ, FULLY LICENSED BAR & DELICIOUS HOT FOOD at each event (swimming included at family-friendly evening 7th June).

FRIDAY 7TH JUNE

LIVE BAND PRESS PLAY

Fabulous boy band, PRESS PLAY, will be kicking off SALTDEAN LIDO'S BIG WEEKENDER for 2019. The boys, whose band members have graced the stages of GLASTONBURY and the ISLE of WIGHT festivals, will be performing your favourite songs by ED SHEERAN, BRUNO MARS, TAYLOR SWIFT, COLD PLAY, THE KOOKS, QUEEN and BOWIE among many others.

Entry includes SWIMMING in our illuminated pool till 9pm.

SATURDAY 8TH JUNE

LIVE BAND ABBA’S ANGELS

ABBA's ANGELS will be headlining SALTDEAN LIDO'S BIG WEEKENDER for 2019 inside the iconic grounds.
Playing live for your delight, the world famous tribute band will celebrate all of ABBA's greatest hits - MAMMA MIA, WATERLOO, KNOWING ME KNOWING YOU, DOES YOUR MAMMA KNOW, GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE, FERNANDO to name but a few.

So, if you're a DANCING KING or QUEEN, start this summer feeling like a SUPER TROUPER down at Saltdean Lido.
DJ NICK EMMETT will also be keeping you in the party mood with great DISCO ANTHEMS.
