Kipling's If poem 'defaced' by  students in protest against alleged RACISM

​Students at Manchester University have painted over one time Rottingdean resident Rudyard Kipling's famous poem If which was part of a mural on their newly renovated building...

If has been 'voted the nations favourite poem' in several polls over the years, the students are claiming that Kipling may have been 'racist' referencing works such as his poem 'White Man's Burden' as an example.​
