Newhaven Business Park: CAUSALITIES taken to hospital after carbon monoxide alarm is set off31/1/2019
East Sussex Fire Service Crews from Roedean, Newhaven & Eastbourne were in attendance at one of the units on the Newhaven Business Park in New Road after a carbon monoxide alarm was triggered just before 10am on January 30th. Two people were taken to hospital as a consequence of possible fume inhalation. Special pump equipment was used to clear the air inside the affected building. A spokesperson for the fire service said that incident was not classed as major and are currently investigating the source of the fumes.
