Sussex Police: Anti-social biker stopped by police in Peacehaven. Police have struck at anti-social behaviour in Peacehaven with the seizure of a motorbike being ridden two-up across parkland and onto Westview Close on Thursday afternoon (21 September). A traffic unit intervened and the trail bike's owner, a man aged 40, has been reported for summons on suspicion of having no insurance and driving other than in accordance with his licence. His £1,800 trail bike has been confiscated until valid insurance can be produced. Eastbourne, Lewes and Wealden district police commander Chief Inspector Emma Brice said: "This is the sort of activity we have been targeting for a while and it is good to get a positive result. "Officers will continue to take action against anti-social behaviour and anyone with information about such incidents is asked to contact police online or by calling 101."
