• Early morning swim - 7am-9am
• Adult swim sessions - 9am-1pm or 1.30pm-7pm

• All day family swim (2 adults, 2 kids) - 9am-7pm
• Family swim sessions (2 adults, 2 children) - 9am-1pm or 1.30pm-7pm
  
  

Child

• All day child - 9am-5pm
• Child swim session - 9am-1pm or 1.30pm-7pm
  
  

Please ensure you bring your ticket confirmation with you prior to arriving at Saltdean Lido to ensure smooth entry into the facility.

Opening times:

May 26th - June 30th: Friday - Monday: 07:00 - 19:00
July 1st - September 9th: Monday - Sunday: 07:00 - 19:00
July 1st - September 9th: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 09:00 - 21:00
