Woodingdean garage break in video - Do you RECOGNISE these people?

The video clip shows two young men in casual clothing breaking into a garage on private property in Woodingdean, Brighton. In their attempt to get away they also nearly knock down a man who has stopped to see what was going on and nearly hit a car that passes on the road.
There are some social media reports that the blue car may also have been stolen.
