Thank you to everyone who has taken part in our Telscombe Tye Peoples Survey.
We have had 432 responses from the community and the overwhelming opinion is that Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPO) should NOT be implemented by the council for off lead dog walking on the Tye.
Thank you also for all of the comments that have accompanied your submissions. Over the next month we will be contacting many of you who have provided accounts of incidents and issues that you have experienced or witnessed on the Tye.
The closing date of Lewes District Council's Public Consultation on the Telscombe Tye Public Spaces Protection Order is on the 23rd of November. If you have not already filled in the online survey please do so before the closing date. To stop the PSOP orders please click the button below and tick 'Strongly disagree' to all 3 options.

The Guardians of the Tye
OUR PEOPLES SURVEY RESULTS:
In answer to whether or not people believe PSPO orders should be used on off lead dog walking on the Tye 90% of 432 people surveyed said No.
311 people expressed concern over the way sheep are looked after on the Tye.
403 people, 93% of people who took part in our survey think it's not a good idea by Telscombe Town Council to suggest alternative locations for off lead dog walking in Chatsworth Park, the cliff top and the undercliff.
