Breathing, Meditation and relaxation Mondays 11-11.30am Join me on Monday's at 11 am for, Breathing, Meditation, Relaxation! This is a space for you to connect with your breath, be where you are in the present moment and invite the focus on the breath to become a meditation, relaxation and a source of increasing peace.
Sitting Posture Recover Tuesdays 8.30-9am Sitting Posture Recovery is a half hour to help guide you with specific exercises, stretches and movement to ease the tensions of your working (or lack of working) posture.
