 ZoneZine has been given this exclusive CCTV footage filmed at 3:08 am on Saturday 14th September, 2019, of what appears to be a car parked in a driveway in Saltdean being vandalised in the middle of last night. In the video a black Mercedes is seen pulling up outside of a house in Bannings Vale (nr Pencil Park), Saltdean, then driving a little way up the road. Shortly afterwards a man in a white (or light) hooded top walks down the road then enters the driveway and then appears to use an object to smash the drivers side window of a car parked there. After a few seconds he then runs off back to where the Mercedes could have been parked and a car is seen driving away. Sussex Police have been informed of the incident, the person who has given us this video told us that the police will be maintaining a presence in the area and are looking for anyone else who may have CCTV footage.
